◆ DECISION TENDENCY
◆ ACCURACY BY ZONE
WAITING ON FIRST REP …
● METHOD
HOW A REP GETS GRADED.
Four signals. Three seconds. Every rep is scored against decisions tracked across 18,000+ tagged NHL clips and 2,200 tagged junior/college reps from our partner programs.
01OPTION
Did you pick the best read?
Every scenario has one BEST, sometimes one OK, and two wrong reads. BEST scores full points; OK scores half; wrong scores zero.
02TIMING
How fast did you commit?
Time-to-decision is logged on every rep. Faster correct decisions score higher — and slow correct picks flag a scanning issue we can drill.
03VALUE
What was the play worth?
We grade picks against expected net goals — a model trained on the same 18k clips. A correct +0.30 pass is worth more than a correct dump.
04PROFILE
Are you balanced — or one-note?
A player who never shoots is a problem. We track your distribution across pass / shoot / carry / safe and surface gaps for your coach.
● LIBRARY

● PROGRAM
FOUR WEEKS, MEASURABLE GAIN.

Push a 12-rep session to your roster on Tuesday. By Friday you've got a heat map of which lines see the play and which don't. Use it to set lines, set PK pairs, or just settle who actually understands the breakout.

● FROM THE BENCH
“You can't skate the read in. You either see it before it happens, or you don't. This is the first tool I've used that drills the seeing.”
A. ROSSI
AHL HEAD COACH · 11 SEASONS
“My 14-year-old reads breakouts like she's 18. Six minutes a day for eight weeks. The kids who do this look slower because they're always early.”
M. KAPRANOS
U16 DIRECTOR · MINNESOTA
“We pushed PK reps to our second unit before a Wednesday game. Killed 7 of 7 that weekend. Could be a coincidence. We're not stopping.”
COACH B. HEDIN
NCAA D1 ASSISTANT
● FAQ
QUESTIONS BEFORE
YOUR FIRST REP.
What players, parents, and coaches ask before they commit six minutes a day to this.
A mix. The core library is 18,000+ NHL clips, tagged at the decision moment by a panel of pro and junior coaches. We add ~2,200 junior/college reps from our partner programs each season — vetted with the same tagging protocol so the verdicts stay consistent across levels.
△ NOTE
Verdicts reflect aggregate decision quality, not a single absolute right answer. The same scenario can have a different best read against a different defender — we tag for the read most likely to produce a positive outcome on tape, not the only possible one.
